As the holy month of Ramadan commences, honourable Ayodele Wasiu Sunday, popularly known as IWA, representing Abeokuta South Constituency II, urges Muslims to embrace love and compassion towards one another.

Ramadan is a time for spiritual reflection, self-discipline, and increased devotion to worship. It is also a time for Muslims to show kindness and generosity to others. Honourable Ayodele Wasiu Sunday, known for his dedication to promoting unity and harmony in the community, emphasizes the importance of demonstrating love and empathy during this sacred month.

“I encourage all Muslims to use this time of fasting and prayer to show love and compassion towards their fellow human beings,” IWA stated. “It is a time to reach out to those in need, to forgive, and to spread kindness and understanding.”

IWA further stressed the significance of coming together as a community and supporting one another, especially during these challenging times. “Let us use the spirit of Ramadan to unite and uplift one another, to show solidarity and empathy towards all, regardless of our differences,” he added.
