Eredo Community Leaders Refute False Land Grabbing Allegations Against Mr. Ajibola Johnson

The leadership of the Eredo Community in Obafemi Owode Local Government in Ogun State has come forward to strongly refute recent allegations circulating in some quarters, falsely labeling Mr. Ajibola Johnson, CEO of Young Agro Limited, as a land grabber.
Chief Oluwatobiloba Bamidele Oladipupo, the LCDA Chairman at Eredo and a respected community leader for over two decades, stated unequivocally:
“Development of this community is my priority. That is why I was the first to install a borehole water system here and pushed relentlessly for the provision of electricity. I am using this medium to tell everyone that Mr. Ajibola Johnson is not a land grabber.”
Chief Oladipupo further clarified that the source of these false claims is Rasaq Amujara, who has been “parading himself as Baale without the support of the community.” He added:
“He is not the Baale of Eredo. He is the one spreading false information about Mr. Johnson. Let it be known: there is no land grabbing issue in Eredo. Our community is peaceful.”
Mr. Sodehinde Abayomi, popularly known as “Eleda,” who was also falsely implicated in the report, has come out publicly to debunk the defamatory claims. He said:
“Nobody should tag me and Mr. Johnson as land grabbers. The so-called Baale is among those spreading this malicious information.”
In the same vein, the Secretary of the Eredo Community Council, Mr. Kayode Shittu, reaffirmed the leadership vacuum and denounced the falsehoods being peddled:
“Since the passing of Baale Jimoh, no successor has been installed. We urge the public not to fall for the misinformation being spread by unauthorized individuals. Eredo is peaceful, and we are committed to its continued development.”
The Eredo community leadership strongly condemns the defamatory campaign, which appears to be a deliberate attempt to tarnish the image of credible individuals and destabilize the harmony of the area.
Legal representatives of Mr. Ajibola Johnson have initiated steps to investigate the origins of these malicious claims, and the public is advised to disregard any unverified reports. Anyone with genuine and verifiable concerns is encouraged to present them through appropriate legal channels.
The peace-loving people of Eredo remain united in their resolve to promote peace, progress, and lawful development.
All efforts to reach out to Baale Rasaq Amujara prove abortive as at the time of filling this report.
