NURTW Lagos Organising Secretary, Toba Ajiboye, Dies
Comrade Toba Ajiboye, the Organising Secretary of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW), Lagos State Council, has died.
The news of his death was announced by the Chairman of the NURTW Lagos State Council, Alhaji Adio Olanrewaju, in a condolence message shared on his official Facebook page.
In the post, Olanrewaju described the late Ajiboye as a loyal, dependable and committed ally whose contributions to the union and support over the years would not be forgotten.
He said Ajiboye was “more than an ally,” describing him as a trusted friend, a man of unwavering commitment and a pillar of TeamSego and SegoNation.
The NURTW chairman also extended his condolences to the deceased’s family, friends and the entire NURTW family, praying that God would forgive his shortcomings, grant him eternal rest and give those he left behind the strength to bear the loss.
He concluded his tribute by describing Ajiboye’s death as a painful loss, saying his loyalty, friendship and dedication would be greatly missed.
