EFCC Declares Oasis Vivacity Global Directors Wanted Over Alleged Fraud

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has declared two directors of Oasis Vivacity Global Limited wanted over alleged conspiracy, obtaining money by false pretence and fraudulent diversion of funds.

The anti-graft agency identified the wanted persons as Victoria Chidinma Nwachukwu and Oluwatosin Osasona Adekunle, in separate notices issued on Wednesday and signed by the EFCC Head of Media and Publicity, Dele Oyewale.

According to the Commission, Nwachukwu, 31, is an indigene of Imo State and is wanted in connection with an alleged case involving conspiracy, obtaining money by false pretence and fraudulent diversion of funds.

The EFCC said her last known address is House No. 3, Millennium Estate, Alhaji Gbenga Ashafa Street, Gbagada, Lagos State.

The Commission also declared Adekunle, 32, wanted over the same alleged offences.

Adekunle, an indigene of Ekiti State, is also associated with Oasis Vivacity Global Limited, with the same Gbagada address listed as his last known place of residence.

The EFCC urged anyone with information that could assist in locating either of the two suspects to report to the Commission at any of its offices across the country.

The offices listed by the anti-graft agency are located in Ibadan, Uyo, Sokoto, Maiduguri, Benin, Makurdi, Kaduna, Ilorin, Enugu, Kano, Lagos, Gombe, Port Harcourt and Abuja.
The Commission also provided 08093322644 as a dedicated telephone line for members of the public who may have useful information on the whereabouts of the suspects.

The declaration does not amount to a conviction, as the allegations against the two directors remain subject to investigation and due process of law.
