IBD Dende Expresses Deep Appreciation To Tinubu, Yayi On The Upgrade Of Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro To Federal University Of Technology

The Oluomo of Yewaland and Chairman of IBD Impex Ltd and IBD International Hotels Ltd, Alhaji Ibrahim Dende Egungbohun, fondly known as IBD Dende, has expressed profound gratitude to His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, for his approval of the upgrade of Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro to the Federal University of Technology, Ilaro.
In a heartfelt message, IBD Dende described the presidential assent as a historic milestone that marks a significant leap in the educational and socio-economic development of Yewaland and the entire Ogun West region.
“I express my profound gratitude to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for graciously approving the upgrade of Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro to a Federal University of Technology. This historic development is a tremendous source of pride and joy for all of us in Yewaland,” he said.
He also extended commendations to the distinguished Senator representing Ogun West Senatorial District, Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola Yayi, for his steadfast commitment and instrumental role in ensuring the realization of this long-anticipated transformation.
“I sincerely commend our industrious son, Senator Yayi, the Aremo of Yewaland, for his unwavering commitment and leadership in championing the bill that brought about this upgrade. His tireless and commendable efforts stand as a testament to the power of visionary leadership and dedicated service,” he added.
IBD Dende further extended his congratulations to the Paramount Ruler and Olu of Ilaro, His Royal Majesty Oba Kehinde Olugbenle, MFR, and the entire people of Ogun West, describing the achievement as a collective victory and the dawn of a new era for Yewaland.
“This is indeed a monumental achievement and a new dawn for our great land. On behalf of all Yewa indigenes, I once again extend our heartfelt appreciation to Mr. President for this remarkable gift,” he concluded.
