Dr. Livinus Adzer Tsar is a dynamic leader, entrepreneur, community developer, and philanthropist in his forties, hailing from Mbanor in Konshisha Local Government Area, North-Eastern Benue State. His maternal home is in Ushongu LGA, and he comes from the prominent Tsar Jirgba family~a lineage known for exceptional agricultural productivity, with Mbanor consistently ranking among the highest-producing wards in the region.
Raised in a well-connected family with extensive intermarriages across Benue and Nigeria, Dr. Tsar grew up with a strong work ethic. Like many regular young men, he attended school while venturing into the private sector early in life. He excelled in artisanship, logistics, and trading across multiple sectors. His business grew organically and steadily, expanding into automobile trading, high-level logistics, contracts, and brief but impactful involvement in the public sector.
